Symptoms
AccountAdd_API was executed with the wrong value for TaxZoneID, however account was successfully created. Attempt to make any changes with AccountUpdate_API or attempt to edit tax zone from UI fails with an error message
Table Tax Zone doesn't contain row with id <name>, <vendor>
Cause
An issue is caused by the bug with id #PBA-50149 ("TaxZoneID is not validated in AccountAdd_API").
