Symptoms
It is not possible to clone the notification template, an error occurs:
Such Template already exists. You may just edit it, not re-create.
Cause
There is a notification template with the same name and language. Two notification templates with the same name and locale cannot coexist.
Resolution
Change the notification template name and/or locale. Otherwise make changes to the existing template instead of copying.
