Office 365 orders for a particular reseller fail with the following error:

Service Creation Failed: Parallels Operations Automation error #error_code #0, extype_id #1, module_id #Common, Internal error: APSC: The ambiguity of application instance resources has been detected... 

The same error can be faced in web browser debugger, when trying to open the reseller's Office 365 application instance screen - it appears blank as a result.


There is an inconsistency in Office 365 licenses configuration on the particular instance. The most common cause is incorrectly created resource type, added to a wrong Office 365 service template. As a result, the license type from one O365 application instance gets linked with a tenant provisioned to another instance.
