Symptoms
- OA 7.0 is in use
- Customer was created in OA 6.0
- Customer has OACI-based PVPS subscription.
On attempt to remove DNS hosting from Plesk via CCP, the operation is marked as successfull, however the hosting status does not change.
In core.log the lines like following may be found:
Dec 16 09:24:04.205 : ERR [rest:83053 1:30606:9c0feb70 SAAS 144394620]: [ APSC] REST Error: PUT /aps/2/resources/43f05c36-8300-4ce1-8a9d-15e61c212708 code=500: 'serviceDescription': property is required
Cause
The APS domain resource is missing serviceDescription or serviceName property, or both.
This is considered as software issue with ID #POA-109043.
