  1. Cannot transfer subscription to another account. Despite the subscription meets the transferring requirements, the following message displays in CP:

    Some of the resources associated with this subscription cannot be transferred. 
  2. The following message can be found in /var/log/pa/core.log:

    Dec  2 13:14:55.398 : DBG [openapi:702579 RequestProcessor-52612 pau 1501648223]: c.p.p.s.s.e.SubscriptionResourcesManagerBean subscription #0000001 uses private IP addresses


OA incorrectly checks the IP pool used by subscription. Despite is is available for everyone, OA considers it as restricted and does not allow transferring. The behavior was caused by software issue #POA-108780.


The fix is planned to be included in one of the future product updates. Contact your Technical Account Manager or PTA team ( to clarify the status of #POA-108780.
