Symptoms
Provisioning "tenant" for APS application Exclaimer task fails:
500 Internal Server Error
[Libs::ExclaimerException] Provisioning: resource e6664cbd-6a04-484e-b586-c6941035259b of type 'tenant' (http://sofcloudit.com/app/exclaimer/tenant/1.0) for APS application 'Exclaimer-1.0-6': Internal Server Error: An unexpected error has occured.
The following error is shown in the /var/log/httpd/error_log on the APS endpoint:
APS-Exclaimer[24833]: Error on addExclaimerSubscription with message: An unexpected error has occured::500 ::Request Params: {"SubscriptionID":1011011,"EmailAddress":"accounts@example.com","MailboxCount":10000,"CountryCode":"UK","TrialDays":0}
The same symptom can be observed while attempt to provision sales/change order in billing.
Cause
Incorrect CountryCode parameter.
It should be GB for United Kingdom.
Resolution
Ensure that account contact information and contact information of every user in this particcular account is configured properly.
Change the countryName parameter to GB and re-submit the order/task.
