Cause

The causes for autoscale rules getting stuck may vary.

Resolution

A series of autoscale rules delivery issues have been addressed in OACI module in OA 7.3, it is highly advised to upgrade to this version.

Contact Odin Technical Support to investigate the cause of the stuck autoscale rules delivery and to allow the settings again.
