Symptoms
It is not possible to open dependent resource from "Necessary To" tab ( Home > Products > Resources > Resource #ID > Necessary To ):
Table Dependent Resource doesn't contain row with id ID, .
Cause
The issue is caused by the bug with id #PBA-42032 ("Cannot open dependent resource from "Necessary To" tab").
Resolution
Open required resource from the resources list.
