Symptoms
WindowsProvisioningEngine package installation fails with following message:
Subject Package installation failed
Message Installation of package WindowsProvisioningEngine 5.4.138 (id=4124) to host <HOSNTAME> (id=52) was failed. Reason: Command 'cmd.exe /C "${wpe_install_script}"' execution failed with code 1603:

Cause
Configuring Domain Account Security Policy section was not performed before WPE setup.
Resolution
Please disable the password policy in AD Domain Account Security Policy as per Deployment guide https://download.automation.odin.com/pa/6.0/doc/portal/6.0/oa/13192.htm
