When I open Backup Service tab in customer Control Panel, empty page is shown. The same problem occurs for any user. 500 Internal Error can be found in browser error console. The following error can be found in OA logs:

Oct 30 11:49:11 cp.oaprovider.tld : INF [rest:75211 1:29940:a6c90b70 SAAS ]: [ HTTP] OUT aps.provider.tld [0] "GET /backupservice/tenant/ee749a06-7d82-462c-86e6-6c44931e4602/updateStatistics HTTP/1.1" [0] "500 Internal Server Error" 158ms

The following error can be found on the endpoint of the APS application:

[Fri Oct 30 13:04:26 2015] [error] [client] PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_NS_SEPARATOR, expecting T_STRING in /var/www/html/backupservice/typeCache/typeMapFile.php on line 11, referer: https://cp.oaprovider.tld/aps/2/packages/28eb398a-b9e8-41f4-9e80-86c5fc7b2080/ui/tenant.html

The failure happens on the side of the endpoint server, exact reason is not clear.

  1. Make sure that the supported version of APS php runtime is installed on the endpoint
  2. Make sure that version of Backup Service APS on the endpoint correspond to the APS application version installed in OA (check OA tasks - probably there is some failed upgrade task related to the APS)
