Symptoms
Accessing the File Manager from CCP display blank page. No errors were found in Firebug and in php error_log on the server where the File Manager site is hosted.
Cause
POA-105943: File manager shows blank screen for windows hosts if FTP password contains & or ;
Resolution
The issue occurs if FTP user password includes & or ;. It will be fixed in future versions of OA. Please contact TAM or PTA to trace the status of the issue POA-105943. As a workaround, set the password that does not contain & or ; for FTP user via CCP.
