Symptoms
Mailbox is stuck in deleting status, and subscription is disabled. An attempt to destroy subscription gives error in BA:

Canceled or failed tasks
Resolution
Check if there are any failed or canceled tasks related to this subscription, process them and repeat the removal attempt. If they have already been rotated, contact your Technical Account Manager or PTA team (pta@odin.com) to discuss possible workaround.
