Symptoms
When logged in through branding website, it is impossible to log in to VZPP from CCP. The following error is thrown:
There is no host with ID=101
Cause
If CCP is accessed through branding, OA executes Plesk related method on logging in to VZPP, even if there are no Plesk instances. Method does not return the necessary information and the error returns.
The behavior described is caused by software issue #CCU-13620.
Resolution
The software issue was fixed in OA 7.0.1. For OA 7.0 corresponding hotfix KB129946 is available, please see the article KB129946 for more details.
