Symptoms
Since the upgrade of Operations Automation to 7.0 version, several tasks Subscribe users for notifications appeared in Task Manager with Restarted status. When trying to process these tasks, the error appears:
Fail to run task: 5412630. Task should be in statuses: [CANCELED, FAILED]
Cause
The behavior described is caused by software issue #POA-106541.
Resolution
The fix is planned to be included in one of the future product updates.
