Symptoms
Since the update of Operations Automation to 7.0 version, restore password link does not work. Following the link sent via email after clicking on Restore Password on Forgot Password page, results in the error:
An unforeseen error occurred. Please contact your provider.
Cause
The root cause is the software issue #APS-39508: "Forgot password" link does not work for login-based user (and works for e-mail-based).
Resolution
It has been fixed in OA 7.0.1 HOTFIX 129888 PAU v2
