Symptoms
I am searching for the resource with name Plesk(TM) Anti-Virus by Dr.Web, the search results are empty even though such resource exists.
The same issue happens with the names with some special symbols like $, {, +, etc.
Cause
The issue is caused by the bug with id #PBA-31300 ("Search doesn't work as expected in case search criteria contains brackets"). The same issue is reproduced for any lists - accounts, plans, etc.
Resolution
As a search criteria use a part of the name before the parentheses or after them. Otherwise escape the symbol, like that \(TM\).
