Do conditions work in the notification subtemplates?
Answer
No, subtemplates are always included into the notification independently from the conditions configured, there is a feature request with id #PBA-11437 "[Notifications] Notification Condition should be taken in consideration for subtemplates" to make the configuration described possible.
