Subscription for an SSL certificate was accidentally deleted, while the certificate itself is Issued. Is there a way to bring the subscription back to Active? If not, how can the certificate be renewed?


There is no way to bring a Deleted subscription back to life. The certificate is Issued; to renew it please wait until renewal is allowed in accordance with eNom rules and ask the customer to buy a new certificate.
