Symptoms
Any new provisioned Office 365 subscription under a particular customer is not provisioned to Microsoft Online Portal and requires activation in CCP.
When attempting to submit a subdomain and activate it, the error is shown:
Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'PK_Customer'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.Customer'. The duplicate key value is (fdd163b8-650e-4ebd-908f-b8a4aa813181). The statement has been terminated.
Cause
The issue is recognized under internal ID APSA-15405, fixed permanently since Office 365 APS application version 16.6.
Resolution
Contact Odin Technical Support to apply the fix.
