Symptoms
When trying to view Execution Log for some processed task:
It gives the following error:
404 Not Found
The requested URL /tmlogs//477950 was not found on this server.
Apache/2.2.3 (Red Hat) Server at 10.10.0.1 Port 80
Cause
Task logs are kept temporarily for the tasks that have been executed most recently. Then they get cleaned up.
The issue with "dead links" remaining on screens has been fixed in scope of POA-101131 in OA 7.0.
Resolution
In order to view the older logs, login to osscore via SSH and extract the needed lines from the log file, e.g.:
# zgrep "task:718756" /var/log/poa.log-20160916.gz > task718756.log
