Symptoms
During creating, editing or cloning a Virtual Server Template, one of the following errors are received:
Error 503
Sorry, the service is not available
Try to reload page later.
or
Server-side error.
The following message can be found in /var/log/pa/vps.aps.log on MN.
Unable to connect to ActiveMQ

com.parallels.paci.vps.BootConfig.jmsServiceActivator(com.parallels.paci.vps.ServiceActivator,javax.jms.Connection,com.parallels.paci.vps.config.data.JmsCfg,java.lang.String) throws javax.jms.JMSException] threw exception; nested exception is java.lang.RuntimeException: javax.jms.IllegalStateException: javax.jms.JMSException: Stopped.
At the same time, on the side of Instance Manager node, /var/log/pa/vps.activemq.log shows:
Failed to add Connection ID:osscore.ibsandbox.ru-42948-1469117805345-0:0
java.lang.SecurityException: User name [amquser] or password is invalid.
Cause
Incompletely configured PACI-aps endpoint on OA Management Node.
Resolution
Contact Odin Technical Support in order to fix the issue.
