Symptoms:
An OACI virtual environment got stopped unexpectedly.
VE history shows that it was stopped immediately after a backup operation ended:
Aug-20-2016 08:43:37 Stopping
Aug-20-2016 08:43:37 Running
Aug-20-2016 08:43:37 Backup failed
Cause
STOP button was pressed while the VE was in 'backing up' state. OACI queues all operations, triggered by CP buttons, and they get executed, when the virtual environment is unlocked from any transient state.
Resolution
In case a VE resides in any state other than STOPPED or RUNNING, avoid pressing CP buttons to prevent delayed actions.
