Symptoms
Sales order failed on BA side.
In provisioning items of the order the following error is shown:
Service Creation Failed: Parallels Operations Automation error # == Error while calling pem.activateSubscription == error_code = 0 error_message = Failed to get IP from pool: 14.
Cause
There are no free IPs in the Service template IP pool.
Resolution
Go to OA Service Director Provisioning Manager Service Templates <Select appropriate service template> IP pools Add IP pools and add an IP pool which has free IP addresses, then resubmit the failed order for provisioning.
