Symptoms
Order provisioning fails with the error:

Cause
Service Template was not configured according to the application requirements.
Resolution
Please review application requirements - list of possible requirements is shown in Reviewing Application Requirements. If some of the required resources are missing in the service template, re-configure it appropriately and repeat the attempt to provision the order.
