Cannot create MX or TXT record via CCP - The length of "" section exceed 63 symbols.

Symptoms

When trying to create a new MX or TXT record via Add new DNS record, the Mail domain (for MX) or the Domain (for TXT) field is left empty, and the following error is shown:

Incorrect or empty field value(s). Please retype info in the highlighted fields. Incorrect domain name. The length of "" section exceed 63 symbols.

Cause

Internal issues:

POA-91382: Unable to add MX record with empty domain prefix

POA-92580: Unable to add TXT record for domain

Resolution

Please update your OA environment to OA 6.0 update 4 or later.
