Symptoms
All ' Provisioning "PACIVirtualEnvironment" for APS application Cloud Infrastructure ' tasks fail with the following error:
APS Application Error:
406 Not Acceptable
[ApplicationUnknownError] Provisioning: resource e4ebb85b-b6b7-4686-a85c-5a308742b3fb of type 'environments' (http://www.parallels.com/infrastructure/virtual-environment/1.0) for APS application 'Cloud Infrastructure-1.4-1962': [IM] P80701: No valid license was found.
The same error is faced when trying to mark any Virtuozzo host in OACI infrastructure as 'Ready to provide'.
Cause
OSA license was recently renewed or uploaded and Instance Manager was unavailable to fetch the new license.
Resolution
Make sure that OACI IM is available from OA MN via REST API (HTTP port 4465) and re-upload the license.
