Norwegian domain (say, cannot be registered with eNom, the error is as follows

Error-TEXT: 29:07] [ERROR] [7339] [HSPC::MT::DM::report_to_action_log] Domain Error occurred while registration. Error: Invalid Registrant information.; Invalid Aux Billing information.; Zipcode was invalid for that country. Sample format: 8975; Invalid Administrative information.; Invalid Technical information.; Zipcode was invalid for that country. Sample format: 8975.
Error-LOCATION: /usr/local/share/perl5/HSPC/

The error is self-explaining: eNom wanted the Norwegian Zip code to consist of four digits while in Technical and Aux Billing contacts of the domain in question it was in some other format.

Technical and Aux Billing contacts was the Provider's one, the whole mechanism of assigning Provider's contacts to customer domains is explained in the Provider's Guide.

Under Top > Service Director > Domain Manager > Plug-ins > eNom plug-in > TLDs > com there was set

Use your contacts for customer's domains registration
Technical #2058
AuxBilling #2058

Contact #2058 contained NO-1234 as Zip/Postal code. Contact #2058 was already used by many domains and thus could not be edited directly.

Please create a copy of the contact in question (#2058 in our example) with the Create copy button and leave all data but the Zip/Postal code which should be changed from NO-1234 to 1234 intact. Set the new contact as Technical and AuxBilling for the eNom .com to prevent the issue from affecting new domain registrations.

As for the existing domains affected by the issue, please contact Odin Technical Support for assistance.
