Symptoms
When viewing billing forecast report there is Billing Count column, which has % sign. According to the description Billing Count shows how many times a subscription fee will be billed during the reported period, why is it in percents?
Cause
The percents sign is present there due to the bug with id #APS-24296 ("Percent symbols in Billing Count column on Billing Forecast page). Ignore it, the value is supposed to be just an integer.
