Symptoms
On attempt to update the limits from some subscriptions the following error appears:
**** - Could not install Resources to PEMGATE: Parallels Operations Automation error #error_code #2005, extype_id #100, module_id #ResourceManagement, Resource 'DNS Hosting' overusage attempt (subscription #***, usage 2, limit 1)
Cause
Resource limit has been set on OA side manually, and customer used some q-ty. The limit on OA side is more than installed q-ty on BA therefore it is currently overused.
Resolution
1) From BA side: Open Service Plan - Resource rates - 'DNS Hosting' Set included value to 2, then synchronize subscription.
or
2) From OA side: lower resource usage.
