Symptoms
Data discrepancy between MOP and OA: an attempt to associate user with available Essential license in CCP fails with error: Invalid subscription assignment, because the license was already associated to user in MOP.
Cause
O365 instance upgrade to 6.2-75 task was not completed successfully:

It is caused by software-related issue APS-28244: "Task for provisioning of Lync license fails: creation of resource with type "dns" is not allowed". This behavior has been fixed in OA 6.0 update 6.
Resolution
To prevent the issue, please upgrade your environment to OA 6.0 update 6 or later. To workaround the issue and fix the failed task on older versions, please contact Odin Technical Support .
