Symptoms
The following message is shown when going to Exchange tab of CCP:
No new mailboxes can be created while you have no domains enabled for Exchange. Please enable Exchange mail hosting type at least on one of your domains.
The following query to OA database gives several records:
select ds_id from exch_domain_services where subscription_id=1234567;
12345
12346
Cause
DB inconsistency caused by domain re-creation or failed tasks.
Resolution
Please report the issue to Odin technical support for further investigations.
