Cannot setup forwarding for email account. The control panel throws the error:

Error: Unable to find instance with id 1122 in database


The behavior was caused by software issue #PPA-3344. The fix is planned to be included in one of the future product updates.


  1. Backup the original file:

    # cp /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/Service/Driver/Mail/Plesk/Domain/Aps.php{,.back}
  2. Replace the file above with the attached one.
