Question
We would like to have an API method that will provide Discount and Promotion information for a Service Plan and/or for an Account (Customer or Reseller). This API call will be used by an APS to include this information to CreateManualOrder_API call.
So basically we need to know all discounts that may be applied so we could specify one when calling CreateManualOrder_API. Is such functionality available?

There is no such functionality in current BA version and a Feature Request ID #PBA-74155 has been placed to add one. Please contact your Account Manager to track the status of the request.
