Subscription creation from WHMCS fails with error:

Module Command Error
An unexpected error has occurred during subscription creation: 'PleskAutomation module: You are trying to set up a subscription with multiple webspaces. Please exclude "domain_name" from the call parameters. This way, you will be able to create a subscription and then create webspaces separately. at activateSubscription call'

Plesk Automation Service Template contains two resources of the same type. For example, MySQL Windows and MySQL Linux. In this case PA does not recognize which resource should be used for autoprovisioning during webspace creation and returns error.

There are two possible solutions:

  1. Disable autoprovisioning for Service Template in PA.

NOTE: In this case your customers have to create Webspaces manually in Customer Control Panel, after purchasing subscription in WHMCS.

  2. Remove one of two resources with the same type from Service Template in PA. For additional details, please check the article.

After that you need to remove affected Customer from PA and resubmit the order in WHMCS.
