Service terms were updated, but Expired/Stopped subscription is not terminated according to new Service Terms.


Shutdown date is calculated when Expiration date passed, Terminate Date is calculated when Shutdown date passed. These dates are not re-calculated if settings in service terms were changed. After subscription passed Terminate Date - system decides whether to destroy service or not - according to the assigned Service Terms.

Feature request to enable synchronization of Terminate Date with Service terms has been submitted with ID PBA-73890.
