Is it possible to provide Outlook licenses and clients to Exchange customers through CCP?
Answer
Yes, it is possible. First you will need to obtain Outlook download URL and Outlook serial number from Microsoft.
Then a special resource type should be created in OA to provide it to Exchange users.

There is no need to create a separate Mailbox template - once customer purchases this resource, it will be possible to enable Vendor’s Outlook license option in CCP.
