Provision of a Plesk based subscription failed with the following error in Action Log under Top > Configuration Director > Logging and Errors > Action Log:

Process provisioning for document; Cannot set(provision) settings of pdomain '<domain.tld>' to Plesk: Could not connect to Plesk Agent host or respone is empty. See Problem # p2016-01-29 13-12-11 for details.

The node for the subscription's provisioning is Plesk 11.5 on Windows.


Plesk related issue which affects Plesk 11.5 nodes based on Windows systems.


Please download the hotfixes and replace files on Plesk node:

  1. Go to %plesk_dir%admin\plib directory and replace DSMail.php with the attached one.
  2. Go to %plesk_dir%admin\plib\Service directory and replace Mail.php with the attached one.
