Account Management Active Directory Plug-in is not supported starting from Odin Automation Premium 7.0, and it will be removed during the upgrade to Odin Automation Premium 7.0.

In order to prepare for upgrade to Odin Automation Premium 7.0, one needs to perform the following steps:

  1. Collect information about all external systems, accounts and staff members related to Account Management Active Directory Plug-in:

    a. Upload the script to OA Management Node.

    b. Run the script:

    # python ad-plugin-list.py
  2. Unregister all external systems related to Account Management Active Directory Plug-in:

    a. Upload the script to OA Management Node.

    b. Run the script:

    # python ad-plugin-unregister.py
  3. Copy OA Customer's Accounts Address and Contacts information from Active Directory to properties in PCP (for instructions refer to the Operations Automation Account and AD User Properties Mapping chapter of the Account Management Active Directory Plug-in guide.)

  4. Copy OA Customer's Staff Members Contacts information from Active Directory to properties in PCP (for instructions refer to the Operations Automation Staff Member and AD User Properties Mapping chapter of the Account Management Active Directory Plug-in guide.)

  5. Set new passwords for OA Customer's Staff Members.
