Symptoms

E-mail address patterns are different in OA and BA

For instance, plus symbol is not allowed in e-mail field during customer creation in BA, however it is allowed in OA.

Cause

Issue is caused by product bug with id PBA-72994 ("E-mail addresses patterns are different in OA and BA").

Resolution

Issue will be fixed in one of the product updates.
