Symptoms
For a VPS NG subscriptions, the upgrade server screen shows negative values for calculated fees, e.g. for RAM it shows -100$ on slider start.
In subscription resources RAM usage is less than RAM limit (or any other resource, RAM is an example here).
There was a change order for the subscription with RAM amount increase in the past.
Cause
Subscription resource usage was not updated on change order for some reason. As a result, there is inconsistency between resource usage in OA, resource usage on APS bus and the actual VPS configuration on IM side.
With VPS NG flatfee billing model, usage and limit values must always be the same.
Resolution
Synchronize resources:
Case 1: OA resource usage is lower than the limit, while they are equal on APS controller.
Solution: In OA CP, go to subscription resources and change some resource value to a slightly different value (e.g. CPU power from 2000 to 2100) and back to the original one right away. The values will get synced between OA and APS.
Case 2: Resource usage is lower than the limit on both OA and APS sides.
Solution: Update the usage value on APS bus. Contact Odin Technical Support to complete the task.
