  1. Go to Provider Control Panel > Services > Cloud Infrastructure > Virtuozzo > VPSs > VPS_NAME > Resources and click Edit button;
  2. Set Limited mode for slmmemorylimit, set limits (for example 2048:2048) and click Submit

The following error message is shown after that:

The value must be from 1 to 2047 Mb


There is no necessary record about OS template in OA DB. In such situation OSA by default assumes that VE is 32 bit. This case has been reported to the Maintenance Team as internal issue with id #POA-70320 "POA does not allow to set SLM memory limit higher than 2GB for 32-bit containers on 64-bit node". Please contact your Technical Account Manager or PTA ( in order to clarify the status of the issue.
