Symptoms
Provider has added new NG web server or cluster to system but has not finished its configuration. Web server is marked as not ready to provide, however when existing customers open File Manager in customer control panel it sometimes tries to redirect them to File Manager running on this web server and customer gets error.
Cause
File manager service is enabled in web server configuration of this host.
Resolution
Disable File Manager for this web server: go to OA provider control panel > Infrastructure > Service nodes, select server (or go to Web clusters if it is a cluster), switch to Additional services and disable WebFileManager service.
