PBA-72866 Restore cancelled 'Charge After Billing Period' Subscription fails.
PBA-72865 Optional (not purchased) resources are added to Renewal Order if option "Show Zero Price" is enabled for its recurring fee.

Installation instructions
Linux:
- Open BA Provider control panel, go to Home > System > Information > Available Hotfixes
- Click on hotfix "BA 6.0.7 HOTFIX 128697 BM v2"
- Click "Install"
Windows:
- Login to BA application server
- Open command prompt
Execute the following commands:
cd "$PBA_ROOT"
perl\bin\perl.exe tools\pba-hotfixes.pl install
Note: $PBA_ROOT should be replaced with path to Business Automation installation directory, for example C:\Program Files\Parallels\PBA
Additional information
- The hotfix requires BA 6.0.7-146 version
- Business Automation services will be restarted automatically during hotfix's installation
