Symptoms
The values of "Store Price Text" and "Store Description" in resource rate period are not copied to the plan delegated to reseller.
Cause
The issue is caused by the bug with id #PBA-60858 ("Inconsistency in copying Store Price Text during plan delegation to reseller").
Resolution
Issue will be fixed in one of the future product updates.
As a workaround you may copy "Store Price Text" and "Store Description" to the delegated plans manually.
