Error occurs when trying to synchronize subscription via CCP:

Failed to update 1 user(s):
- (Office 365 user with login '' and GatewayId 'xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx' doesn't exist)


Software-related issue APSA-7240: "Cannot find Office 365 user with GatewayId" error appears when user clicks Synchronize Now link.


APSA-7240 has been fixed in APS2 package Office365 5.1. After upgrading to this version it will still not be possible to synchronize old subscription. The solution is to delete problem user via CCP, add it back again and then click Synchronize Now.
