Symptoms
Attempt to call PaymentMethodGet_API from the admin user fails with an error message
No access rights granted to method
Cause
The issue is caused by the bug with id #PBA-65860 ("CLONE - PaymentMethodGet_API method calls fail with "No access rights granted to method" exception").
