Symptoms

Conversion of a shared VPS to HW fails with the following error:

2014-09-05 21:28:48.747  INFO <- Checking host pemlinweb111 (1234) failed [00.002]

2014-09-05 21:28:48.747 ERROR Precheck error: Host pemlinweb111 (1234) is not a Shared VPS You should: Provide correct Share VPS host id

OA database inconsistency.

Conversion fails at pre-check stage because .ve.ve_id is empty for this VPS. Please contact Odin technical support to fix the issue.
