For an APS 1.2 application, General and Instances screens load very slowly, up to several minutes, sometimes leading to a Service Unavailable error.

At the same time, there is a postmaster PostgreSQL process eating close to 100% CPU usage on OA MN.

The application has a big amount of versions imported to OA and thousands of instances.

Remove the old versions of the application that contain 0 instances.
