Symptoms
Cancellation order for OpenSRS or ENOM certificate fails:
Removing of Service of Subscription #ID is failed. Deletion service of Subscription #ID failed
Order cancellation failed: Order is in an unacceptable state
Or subscription destroying according to the service terms or manually by clicking "Destroy" button fails with the same symptoms
Cause
The issue is caused by the bugs with ids #PBA-64788 ("Cancellation order is failed when cancel the Enom SSL certificate"), #PBA-64789 ("Cancellation order is failed when cancel the OpenSRS SSL certificate").
