A license cannot be assigned to a subscription despite the license settings match settings of the subscription's hosting plan. When under Top > Service Director > License Manager > Licenses > License number the Assign button is pressed, the following message is displayed

No subscriptions compatible with license found 


At present OBAS allows to assign existing Plesk licenses only to subscriptions that already have a license of the same type assigned.


Such behavior was classified as the software issue PBAS-22230 and will be fixed in future OBAS releases.

Please purchase a license from Customer Panel under Home > Upgrade Licenses or Account > Upgrade Licenses. Once the order for the license is placed and then provisioned, the license will be installed in Plesk. Most likely, OBAS will use the already retrieved license and will assign it to the subscription in question and install into the required Plesk server.
